1. The service and these terms
These terms govern your use of Rrotex at rrotex.com, the Ro AI assistant, saved chats, and the Rrotex Studio plugin. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Rrotex is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Roblox or Google. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our Privacy Policy describes how we process information.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13, meet applicable Google and Roblox account requirements, and have any parent or guardian permission required by applicable law. You must be allowed to use and modify any project you connect.
Sign-in starts with Google and is followed by Roblox authorization. Keep your account and personal plugin credentials secure. Do not share your plugin credential or use another person’s identity without permission. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
3. Acceptable use
Use Rrotex for lawful creation and comply with Roblox’s rules and applicable third-party terms. Do not use the service to steal accounts, collect credentials, bypass access controls, distribute malware, exploit games without authorization, harass others, submit unlawful content, or infringe someone else’s rights. Do not interfere with the service, evade limits, or share private data you lack permission to disclose.
4. AI responses and Studio actions
Ro can help generate ideas, Luau scripts, parts, and supported project tasks. AI output can contain errors, incomplete work, or unsuitable code. Review and test generated content before using it in a live experience, and keep backups of important projects. We do not guarantee that output will be correct, unique, secure, or accepted by Roblox.
Connecting the personal plugin authorizes supported actions you request in the selected Studio project. The plugin can create parts and scripts. Toolbox model imports require an explicit approval; declining means that requested model is not imported. The current import flow removes embedded Toolbox scripts. This does not replace checking the asset’s license, suitability, or safety.
Task status reflects available processing and Studio acknowledgments; it does not guarantee that an entire game is finished or ready to publish. Save and publish your work through Roblox when you are satisfied with it.
5. Your content and third-party assets
You retain rights you already have in content you submit. You give Rrotex permission to process, store, and transmit that content to service providers as needed to operate features you request, including generating AI responses and storing chats.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights to your inputs and for checking how you may use generated output. These terms do not give you rights to third-party models, images, code, music, trademarks, or other assets beyond their applicable licenses. Do not assume that an imported Toolbox model is unrestricted.
6. Available paid features
If you choose an available paid feature, the price and purchase conditions shown at checkout apply. Payment processing may be provided by a third party. Contact rrotexai@gmail.com for billing, purchase, or refund questions. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
7. Availability and account restrictions
Features may change, have usage limits, depend on external providers, or become temporarily unavailable. We may restrict access for misuse, security concerns, or violations of these terms. Where reasonable and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support.
You may stop using the service, sign out, remove the plugin, and revoke provider authorization. For account deletion, contact our support email; signing out alone does not delete your saved data. Ending your Rrotex session does not sign you out of Google or Roblox across other websites.
8. Service limitations and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for third-party outages or actions outside our control. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, including non-waivable consumer protections.
9. Updates and contact
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top identifies this version. We will provide notice of material changes through the website or another appropriate channel.
